What you are carrying, from the desk's point of view
Go item by item — wing, harness, reserve, helmet, vario/GPS, radio, action camera, drone — and say for each whether it is routine, whether it should be declared, and whether it has ever caused a problem for one of your guests.
Radios and drones are the sensitive categories almost everywhere. Be specific and be current.
Paperwork worth carrying
- Licence or IPPI card
- Third-party insurance certificate
- A booking or invitation letter, if you issue one
- Equipment list with serial numbers

If you can supply wings locally, say so here — for some pilots that removes the entire problem, and it is a strong reason to book with you rather than travel independently.
